EXPLORE YOUR CARE

What to expect.

Task-based training

CMR’s existing program includes a lift-and-place rack station, weighted boxes and shovel/lever activities. Clinicians select tasks and loads based on your abilities and restrictions.

Strength and tolerance

Activities may address the strength and tolerance needed for standing, walking, sitting and handling objects.

Your goals guide the program

Tell your care team which household or job tasks are difficult so those demands can inform your rehabilitation goals.
